Rockwell von Rees is a gorgeous 5 year old German Shepherd. This guy is called “The Gentle Giant” by some volunteers because, despite his size, he’s really just a sweet boy.  He loves nothing better than to be petted. It is amazing how gently he takes a treat from your hand, given that he has a mouth the size of the MGM lion (well...nearly).  We consider Rockwell as a dominant male who will probably get along with a submissive-natured dog but not other dominant canines like himself.   He’s a strong guy and also a bit headstrong so would thrive best with an experienced shepherd owner who knows how to bring out the best in him.
